Discreet booking for psychologists and therapists
For psychologists, psychotherapists and other therapists, we build discreet online booking, video sessions and secure intake forms. People looking for help can book without phoning or explaining why, and sensitive information stays protected. You stop managing the diary between sessions and keep that time for the people you see.
Typical problems
- Many people put off the first contact because they do not want to explain on the phone what brings them to therapy
- Therapists answer booking messages in the gaps between sessions or late in the evening
- Intake forms with sensitive details travel by e-mail or on paper
- Online sessions run on tools built for work meetings, with little care for the data
- Reminders and invoices that reveal too much to anyone who glances at the client's phone or inbox
Suggested bundle
- Discreet online booking
- Video sessions
- Secure intake forms
An easier first step
Someone decides to look for help late on a Sunday evening. They visit your website, read how you work, the approaches you use and the issues you help with, and get a sense of whether it is right for them. They book a first session, in person or by video, without having to write down a reason or wait for someone to answer.
The confirmation includes a link to the intake form, which they fill in calmly, in their own time. The day before, a reminder arrives with the time and, for an online session, the video link. The wording stays neutral throughout, so nothing is exposed to anyone else who sees the screen.
Discretion in the details
- Reminders and invoices with neutral descriptions that you decide
- Encrypted intake forms that never travel by e-mail
- Two-step sign-in for your own access
- A clear cancellation policy, applied by the diary itself
- Payment in advance by card or MB WAY for online sessions, if you wish
- No analytics on the website without the visitor's consent
Solo practice or a team
A psychologist in private practice mostly needs a diary that runs itself. A practice with several therapists also needs a way to route first contacts, a profile for each practitioner and an area where every client finds their own sessions and invoices. Either way, your professional body's rules still guide the work; our job is to make sure the technology respects them.

Frequently asked questions
Which video tool do you use for online sessions?
We choose with you a video-call tool that complies with the GDPR and offers a data processing agreement, or we connect the one you already use. The session link goes only to the client, in the confirmation and the reminder, and opens in the browser with nothing to install.
Do reminders say it is a therapy appointment?
Only if you want them to. By default, a reminder shows just the practitioner's name, the day and the time, with no mention of the type of session. The sender name on texts and e-mails can be neutral too.
Where are intake-form answers stored?
We design the system so that they are stored encrypted, on hosting in the European Union chosen with you, and only you can open them, behind two-step sign-in. The answers are not sent by e-mail. You get a notice that a new form is in and open it in your own area.
Can I use this if I work from several practices?
Yes. Each location has its own hours, and clients choose an in-person session at one of them or a video session. One diary brings it all together, so nothing overlaps.
How is a quote for a practice worked out?
Every project is quoted individually, according to the number of practitioners, the locations and the features you choose. Tell us how you work and we will reply with a proposal. Request a quote
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us what you have in mind and what you want to achieve.
