Websites and platforms for sports clubs
For sports clubs, we build websites and platforms where members pay their fees, parents check training and fixtures for each age group and supporters follow the results. The club shop sells kit and merchandise without paper order forms. The club office spends less time on the phone, and the club gets a well-kept online presence.
Typical problems
- Parents ask in the WhatsApp group what time training is this week and where Saturday's match is
- Membership and youth academy fees are paid in cash at the club office, during short opening hours
- Weekend results only reach the Facebook page when someone remembers to post them
- Kit orders are collected on a paper sheet and arrive in the wrong sizes
Suggested bundle
- Membership and youth academy fees
- Training and fixtures per age group
- Results and league tables
- Club shop
A weekend at the club
On Thursday, the youth coordinator publishes the squad lists. Parents of the under-11s get a notification with the meeting time and the address of the away ground. Late on Saturday morning, the team manager enters the score from the changing room, and the team page shows it to anyone who could not be there.
On Sunday afternoon, the first team plays. Visitors to the website see the live score, the next fixtures and a link to buy tickets, if the club sells them online. On Monday, the office opens the fees list and sends a reminder only to those who have not yet paid for the month.
One platform, three audiences
Members pay their fees, keep their details up to date, show the digital card at the gate and get news from the board.
Players and parents register online once, with documents and consent forms, and check training, fixtures and squad lists. An installable web app sits on the phone's home screen like any other app, with no app store involved.
The board and office see registrations per age group, overdue fees and shop orders, and export lists for insurance and for the sport's regional association.
The club shop
Match kit, tracksuits, scarves and the new member's pack sell through an online store connected to the rest of the platform. Supporters pay by MB WAY, Multibanco, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Members can see their own price as soon as they sign in, and orders for collection at the clubhouse are grouped by collection day.
Start with the basics
A club can launch with an institutional website carrying news, teams and contacts, then add online fees and the shop. When running the club calls for more, the same foundation grows into a custom management platform, with registrations, payments and player records kept in one place.
Frequently asked questions
Can parents see the timetable for each age group?
Yes. Every age group has its own page with training sessions, fixtures, the venue and the meeting time. Parents can subscribe to the calendar on their phone, and when a match moves to another time or pitch, everyone following that team is notified.
Can youth academy fees be collected every month without a trip to the office?
They can. Parents choose direct debit or receive an MB WAY payment request at the start of each month. Rules such as a sibling discount are set up once, and the office sees in one list who is behind.
Who updates the results?
The coach or team manager enters the score on their phone at the final whistle, and the website updates straight away. If the league or federation publishes competition data in a format that can be read, the table can be imported; otherwise it takes a few seconds to update by hand.
Can we sell shirts with a name and number?
Yes. On the product page, the buyer types the name and number to print, and the order goes to your supplier with those details. For made-to-order kit, the shop shows the delivery time and offers collection at the clubhouse.
Can the membership card be digital?
It can. Members carry the card on their phone, with a QR code that shows at the gate whether their fees are paid. Anyone who prefers a plastic card keeps one, with the same number.
How much does a website with a shop cost for a club?
It depends on the sports you run, the number of age groups and what the club wants from day one. We quote every project individually, once we understand how the club is organised today. Request a quote
