Websites for bars, clubs and live-music venues
For bars, nightclubs and live-music venues, we build a website with an events calendar, table bookings, guest lists and ticket sales. Your followers know what is on this week and secure their place before leaving home. The door works from an up-to-date list on a phone, not from scattered messages.
Typical problems
- The line-up only lives in Instagram stories and vanishes after a day
- Guest lists arrive by direct message and end up on paper at the door
- Tables and bottle service booked by phone with no deposit go unclaimed
- Tickets sold through outside platforms keep your customers' details out of reach
Suggested bundle
- Events calendar
- Table and guest-list bookings
- Ticket sales
A Friday with a gig
By Monday, Friday's gig is on the calendar with its poster, set times and tickets on sale. The link goes in the Instagram bio and the pinned message in your group chat. People coming with friends book a table and say how many they are. Those heading for the dance floor join the guest list before midnight.
On Friday, the door team has everything on a phone: paid tickets, names on the list and confirmed tables. At the end of the night you can see how many people came through each channel, which helps you decide where to promote the next event.
What venues usually need
- A page per event, ready to share on social media and readable by search engines
- Capacity per event, a waiting list and sign-ups that close on their own
- A table map showing the terms for each area
- Tickets with a code, checked on a phone at the entrance
- A consented mailing list, to announce upcoming dates
Answers after hours
Plenty of questions come in mid-afternoon, when nobody is at the bar yet. Is there a dress code? What time is last entry? Can you take a booking for ten? An AI assistant on WhatsApp replies from your house rules, says it is an AI and passes anything that needs a person to your team.

Frequently asked questions
Can I update the line-up without technical help?
Yes. You add each event in the dashboard with its date, poster, artists and entry fee, and the website lists it in the right order. Past events drop off the calendar on their own and can stay in an archive.
How does the guest list work at the door?
Everyone who signs up gets a confirmation with a code. At the door, staff search the name or scan the code on a phone and see at once how many guests are still to arrive. The list closes at the time you choose.
Can I sell tickets with a capacity limit?
You can. Each event has its own capacity and, once it sells out, the website says so and can open a waiting list. Payment is by card, MB WAY, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the ticket arrives by e-mail.
Can I ask for a minimum spend on tables?
You can show the terms for each table and take a deposit when it is booked, which then comes off the bill. The terms are written into the confirmation, so there is no argument on arrival.
