AI assistant for WhatsApp and social media
An AI assistant for WhatsApp and social media replies to the messages customers send on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, day and night. It is for clinics, restaurants, shops and accommodation that get more messages than they can answer in good time. Customers hear back within minutes, bookings get made, and your team only steps in when a person is really needed.
Where your customers already are
Many customers no longer call or e-mail. They send a WhatsApp or an Instagram message and expect a quick reply. When that message arrives at 11 pm, or in the middle of a busy service, it goes unanswered and the customer moves on. An AI assistant replies on the spot, in the same app, with the right information about your business.
Bookings without the back-and-forth
Booking an appointment or a table by message usually takes several rounds: which day, what time, how many people. The assistant checks real availability, suggests slots and records the booking. It works with your Google or Outlook calendar or with a booking system, and it can send reminders to anyone who has opted in. For a restaurant, it can also connect to a digital menu with online ordering.
Your team steps in when it matters
Complaints, special requests and sensitive questions shouldn't be left to a machine. The assistant recognises them and passes the conversation to a person, history included, in an inbox your team can use on a computer or a phone. The customer is told they will be speaking to a member of staff and when to expect a reply.
Clear about what it is
Every conversation starts by telling the customer they are talking to an AI assistant, as the AI Act requires. Promotional messages follow WhatsApp's rules and GDPR, and conversations are kept only for as long as you decide. If you also get questions through your website, the same knowledge can power an AI chat assistant on your site. The stages of the work are set out in how we work.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change the WhatsApp number I already use?
Usually not. Your current number can be moved from the WhatsApp Business app to Meta's official platform, which is what allows automated replies. We explain what changes on your team's phones before the move.
Does Meta allow AI assistants on WhatsApp?
Yes, when they serve your customers, for example answering questions, taking bookings or tracking orders. Meta's rules don't allow general-purpose assistants, so what we build is an assistant that sticks to your business.
Do customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Every conversation opens with a message saying it is an automated assistant and how to reach a person. That is what the EU AI Act has required since 2 August 2026.
Can I send promotional messages through it?
Only to customers who have agreed to receive them. WhatsApp requires approved message templates to contact someone outside a recent conversation, and GDPR requires consent for marketing. We take care of both.
What about health data at a clinic?
The assistant handles bookings and general information, and never asks for symptoms or medical details. If a patient sends them anyway, the conversation is passed to your staff. We also set how long conversations are kept.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted by hand from your requirements, so pricing is on request. Meta charges separately for some messages, and the AI model has a usage cost; we explain both in the proposal. Request a quote
