Websites and booking for consultants and coaches
For consultants and coaches, we bring paid session booking, online courses with a student area and a newsletter that grows your own mailing list together in one website. You stop chasing bank transfers and agreeing times by text. What you know starts earning even when you are not in a session.
Typical problems
- Sessions are booked over messages and paid by transfer, and some clients simply don't turn up
- Income is capped by session hours, with no easy way to package expertise in another format
- Contacts are scattered across social media and a spreadsheet, with no record of consent
- Separate tools for calendar, payments, courses and e-mail don't talk to each other
Suggested bundle
- Paid session booking
- Online courses
- Newsletter
How a sale actually happens
A leadership consultant runs a free monthly webinar on giving difficult feedback. Registration happens on a landing page, and everyone who signs up agrees to join the newsletter. After the webinar, attendees get the recording and, a few days later, an invitation to the four-week self-paced course on the same subject.
A team manager who watched the recording buys the course, then asks whether the consultant could run a session for their whole department. They use the "book a discovery call" button, which doesn't take payment but asks for company size and goals. The consultant arrives at the call already knowing what to propose, and sends a payment link for the deposit straight after.
Three parts that work together
- Sessions: a calendar built on your availability, payment at booking, automatic reminders and rescheduling rules you set. Works for one-off calls, packages and ongoing programmes.
- Courses: a student area with video lessons, worksheets and progress per module. Sold through the same checkout as your sessions, so clients have one account.
- Newsletter: your own list, with consent recorded and subscribers grouped by interest, so a webinar invite only goes to the people it suits.
Because they share one website and one customer record, they can feed each other. Course students can get a discount on a first session; subscribers who keep opening e-mails about a topic get the invite to the next workshop on it.
Built around how you work
A life coach who sees individuals on evenings and weekends needs something different from a strategy consultant selling to boards. We start with your offer and your week, then shape the booking system and the site around them.
An audience that belongs to you
Social platforms change their rules and their reach without warning. A mailing list with recorded consent and a website on your own domain stay yours whatever happens elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell bundles of sessions?
Yes. A client buys, say, a six-session package and books each one from your calendar. The system counts down the sessions used and lets them know when the bundle is running out. You can also offer monthly coaching on a recurring payment.
What stops clients booking and then not turning up?
Clients pay when they book, by card, MB WAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You set how much notice is needed to cancel or reschedule without losing the session, and reminders go out by e-mail or SMS beforehand.
Do the courses have to live on another platform?
No. The student area can be part of your own website, with videos, downloads and progress tracked by module. If you already use a course platform and like it, we can connect it to your site and newsletter instead.
Which newsletter tool should I use?
Brevo, Mailchimp and MailerLite all suit this well. The sign-up form records each subscriber's consent and passes it to the tool you choose, tagged by interest so not everyone gets the same message.
How much does a website with booking and courses cost?
We quote each project by hand, depending on your session types, how many courses you run and the tools you already use. Request a quote
