Websites for electricians, plumbers and HVAC

For electricians, plumbers and HVAC engineers, we build websites that show clearly where you work, keep an emergency call button in view on mobile and let customers book jobs or ask for a quote. People with a breakdown call straight away, and people planning an installation book without waiting for a callback. Engineers turn up to each job knowing what they will find.

Typical problems

  • Someone with a burst pipe or a tripping fuse box cannot find the phone number in time
  • Enquiries come in from outside the area you cover and eat up time on the phone
  • Booking a visit takes several calls, and the engineer arrives without knowing the appliance or the fault
  • Annual air-conditioning and boiler servicing depends on customers remembering

A Sunday breakdown, then an install the week after

Late on a Sunday, a water heater starts dripping in a bathroom. The homeowner searches on their phone, lands on the website and sees at the top that their area is covered. They tap the emergency button and reach the engineer on call, who talks them through shutting off the water until they arrive.

With the emergency sorted, the engineer suggests replacing the heater. The following week, the customer books the installation online, picks Thursday morning and attaches a photo of the space. After the job, the invoice arrives by e-mail and, a year later, a reminder that the service is due.

What the website makes clear from the start

  • Services by trade: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, gas or solar, depending on what you offer
  • Service areas on a map
  • Normal hours and emergency hours
  • Engineers' certifications, where they apply
  • Genuine customer reviews from Google
  • A way to get in touch on every screen, by phone, WhatsApp or form

For sole traders and for teams

A self-employed engineer mainly needs a fast website and a strong local Google presence, so they show up when someone nearby needs help. A firm with several vans needs a booking system that assigns jobs by engineer and area, plus automatic reminders for servicing contracts.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emergency button work?

On mobile, a call button stays pinned to the bottom of the screen on every page. It dials your emergency line directly and shows the hours that service runs. Outside those hours, it can switch to a callback request for the next morning.

Do we need a page for every town?

No, and we advise against it. Identical pages with only the town name swapped are treated by Google as duplicate content. We build one service-area page with a map and, where you have real jobs to show in an area, a dedicated page with those examples.

Can customers book a visit themselves?

Yes. They choose the type of job, such as an air-conditioning install or a boiler service, enter the address and pick a time window. They can attach photos of the appliance or the fault, so the engineer brings the right parts.

What if we cannot answer the phone during a job?

An AI voice receptionist can pick up, say that it is an AI, take the name, address and problem, and send you a summary by message. Emergencies are passed to the engineer on call.

What does a website with booking and an emergency button cost?

We quote each case on its own merits. The number of engineers, the kinds of job and whether you want servicing reminders or voice answering all play a part. Request a quote
