Artificial intelligence
AI voice receptionist for your phone line
An AI voice receptionist is an assistant that answers your business phone, talks to callers in natural language and deals with what they need. It is for businesses that miss calls because staff are busy, out on a job or off for the day. Callers get through, bookings and messages are recorded, and urgent calls reach a person straight away.
Every missed call is a customer ringing someone else
When the phone rings in the middle of an appointment, a repair or a meeting, someone has to choose between answering and carrying on. Many of those calls come from new customers, who won't leave a message and simply try the next business on the list. A virtual receptionist answers every one of them, at any hour, and handles what it can.
A conversation, not a keypad menu
No more "press 1 for bookings". Callers explain what they need in their own words, and the receptionist replies, asks questions and confirms the request. It checks your calendar, offers times, books the slot and sends a text confirmation. If you already have a booking system, bookings go straight into it.
People handle the urgent calls
We agree with you what counts as urgent: a serious breakdown, a sick animal, a key client. In those cases the receptionist transfers the call to whoever is on duty or, if nobody answers, sends an alert with a summary straight away. Everything else is logged as a message with the caller's name, number and reason, so your team can call back when they're free.
Part of one customer service
The voice receptionist can share its content and rules with an AI assistant for WhatsApp and social media, so customers get the same answer on every channel. Messages and bookings can flow into your CRM or trigger further steps through AI agents and process automation. The stages of the work are set out in how we work.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to the virtual receptionist, either all the time, only when you don't pick up or only out of hours. You can switch forwarding off whenever you like.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, because we tell them up front. Each call opens by explaining that they are speaking to an automated assistant and can ask for a person. That is what the EU AI Act has required since 2 August 2026.
What if a caller doesn't want to talk to a machine?
They can ask for a person at any point. The call is transferred to your team or, if nobody is free, the receptionist takes a message and a callback request.
How well does it understand European Portuguese?
Current voice systems handle European Portuguese well, but they aren't perfect on poor lines, with heavy background noise or with unusual names. So we test with real calls, and when the receptionist isn't sure, it checks with the caller or hands over to a person.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you want them to be, and always with a notice at the start of the call, as GDPR requires. Even without recording, each call gets a written summary, kept for as long as you decide.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted by hand from your requirements, so pricing is on request. Call minutes and the AI model have a usage cost, which we explain in the proposal. Request a quote
