Software for event and wedding venues
For event estates, wedding venues and wedding planners, we build a website with a calendar of free dates, a proposal builder and a portal shared with your suppliers. Couples or companies see which dates are available and put their request together; your team replies with a proposal that is already structured. Fewer rounds of e-mail, and an event where everyone knows their part.
Typical problems
- The first question is always whether the date is free, and the answer waits for someone to check the diary
- Every proposal is assembled by hand from menus, rooms and extras, and takes days to send
- Florists, photographers, DJs and caterers get their briefs through scattered messages and different versions
- Late changes to guest numbers or the running order never reach everyone
- Deposits and part payments are tracked in a spreadsheet
Suggested bundle

From a free date to the wedding day
A couple find the estate in a search and open the calendar. June is almost full, but there is a free Saturday in September. They choose it, enter about 120 guests and tick the options they like: a garden ceremony, dinner in the main hall and a late-night extension. Instead of waiting days, they soon receive a clear proposal that the team checked before sending.
After a visit, they accept the proposal and pay the deposit through a link, and the date is blocked in the calendar. Over the following months, the florist, the photographer and the DJ see the day's running order and set-up times in the portal. When the couple confirm ten more guests, the caterer is told at once.
What the venue team gains
- One diary for weddings, corporate events and private parties
- Holds with a deadline that release the date automatically
- Proposals built from the options and figures you set, not copied from old documents
- Tracking of every event's deposits and payments
- A booking form for venue viewings, with a time slot
Corporate events
Product launches, Christmas dinners and conferences come with different questions: theatre or banquet layouts, audio-visual equipment and invoicing to a company. The same management platform handles those requests with their own fields, and the calendar keeps everything in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Does the calendar show other clients' events?
No. Visitors only see whether a date is free, on hold or taken, with no names or details. A hold can lapse by itself after the number of days you choose if the deposit is not paid.
How does the proposal builder work?
The client enters the date, guest count and type of event, and picks options such as the room, menu, drinks and extras. The system builds the proposal from the figures your team has set, and the team reviews and adjusts it before it goes out.
What does each supplier see in the portal?
Each supplier signs in with their own account and sees only the events they are working on, with the date, set-up times, running order, guest count and the notes that concern them. When something changes, they get an alert.
Does it work for a wedding planner who uses several venues?
It does. In that case the portal is organised by wedding rather than by venue, with the timeline, each event's suppliers and an area where the couple can follow every decision.
How do we get to a quote?
We always quote by hand, from the number of venues, the kind of proposals you prepare and how many suppliers you usually work with. Tell us how you run your events today. Request a quote
