Websites for insurance and credit intermediaries

For insurance brokers and credit intermediaries, we build quote and simulation forms, automatic routing that sends every lead to the right adviser, and product pages with the information regulators expect. Requests arrive complete, with what you need to price them. The website works like an office that stays open after hours.

Typical problems

  • Requests come in by phone or through a generic form, missing age, property type or loan amount
  • Leads land in a shared inbox and nobody is sure who replied to whom
  • Product pages don't show the registration number or make clear that simulations are only indicative
  • Every insurer or lending partner has different terms, and the old site never keeps up

Suggested bundle

  • Quote and simulation forms
  • Lead routing
  • Compliant product pages

A car insurance request, start to finish

A driver's policy is up for renewal next month and the premium has gone up. On a Sunday evening, they find the broker's site and open the car insurance form. It asks only what matters for this product: registration, date the licence was issued, claims in the last five years, preferred cover. They attach a photo of the current policy and choose to be contacted on WhatsApp.

On Monday at nine, the request is already in the CRM, assigned to the adviser who handles motor cover, with every field filled in. The adviser compares options from the partner insurers and sends a proposal, with no opening call spent collecting details.

Different products, different questions

A mortgage simulation needs property value, deposit, income and term. Health cover needs ages and household size. Home insurance needs floor area and year of construction. So each product gets its own form, with fields that change as the user answers, input checks and the option to upload documents. The data reaches you through an integration with your CRM or office software, never as a loose e-mail.

Pages that inform and convert

Every product line has its own page: what it covers, who it suits, which documents are needed and common questions. The structure is built for SEO, so the page can be found by someone searching for life cover tied to a mortgage. Registration and complaints information lives in the footer and on the about page, always in the same place.

Easy to keep current

When a partner changes terms or a new insurer joins, your team edits the text in the admin area without waiting for a developer. Routing rules can be adjusted there too, for instance when an adviser goes on holiday.

Frequently asked questions

Does the simulator give the customer a final price?

It shouldn't. The simulator gathers the details and can show an estimate worked out with rules you define, always labelled as indicative and not an offer. The binding proposal still comes from the insurer or the lender.

What regulatory information should the pages carry?

It depends on your activity, but it usually includes your registration number with the supervisor (ASF for insurance, Banco de Portugal for credit), the companies you work with and how to file a complaint. We build a fixed place for each item, and you check the wording with whoever handles your compliance.

Can leads go straight into our CRM?

Yes. Each request is created in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or any CRM with an available connection, tagged with its source and product. Simple rules assign it to an adviser by product line, region or language, and the adviser is alerted straight away.

Could an AI assistant answer customer questions?

It can answer general questions about cover and paperwork, using the texts you give us. Users are told they are talking to an AI, and anything that amounts to advice is handed to a human adviser.

How much does a website with a simulator cost?

Each project is quoted from the number of products, the fields in each simulation and the CRM connections involved. Request a quote
