Software integrations and custom APIs
An integration connects the software you already use, such as invoicing, CRM, ERP, your online store or a spreadsheet, so information flows between them without anyone retyping it. It is for businesses that enter the same data into several tools every day. You end up with fewer mistakes, less wasted time and figures you can trust.
Enter it once
When an order is typed into the shop, then into the invoicing tool, then again into a spreadsheet, every step is a chance to get it wrong: a swapped digit, a duplicate customer, a forgotten invoice. With an integration, the data goes in once and reaches every place that needs it, when it needs it. Your team stops copying and only checks the exceptions.
Built to keep working
An integration isn't finished on the day it goes live. Suppliers change their APIs, fields get renamed and volumes grow. So we build every connection with clear logs, automated tests and documentation, which means anyone can see what happened when something goes wrong. If you'd like, we can look after your integrations with monthly maintenance.
Common integrations
- Online store orders issued automatically as certified invoices
- Website form leads created in the CRM, tagged with where they came from
- Stock and prices kept in sync across the ERP, the shop and marketplaces
- MB WAY, Multibanco, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments reconciled in your invoicing tool
- Monthly reports pulled together from several tools, with no copying
Part of a bigger system
An integration is often the first step towards something larger. When your existing tools no longer cover what you need, we connect them to a custom management platform. If what you need is to take payments, see our payment integrations. The stages of the work are set out in how we work.

Frequently asked questions
Which software can you connect?
Anything with an API or another structured way to exchange data. For example, certified invoicing tools used in Portugal such as InvoiceXpress, Moloni and Vendus, ERPs such as PHC, Primavera and Sage, and CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho. We check what each one supports before we propose a solution.
What if one of the tools has no API?
There are other routes, such as scheduled file exports, a watched shared folder or spreadsheet imports. We tell you plainly when a connection will be more fragile, and what would make it reliable.
What happens when an integration fails?
Every exchange is logged. If a system doesn't respond, the integration retries and alerts your team if the problem persists, so no order or invoice goes missing without anyone noticing.
Aren't tools like n8n or Make enough?
Often they are, and they are quicker to set up. For higher volumes, complex business rules or sensitive data, custom code gives you more control. We recommend the simplest option that solves the problem, and for flows that involve judgement calls it may be worth adding AI agents to the automation.
Can you build an API for our partners?
Yes. We design it with authentication, per-partner permissions, rate limits and clear documentation, so another team can use it without having to call us.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted by hand from your requirements, so pricing is on request. Tell us which tools you use and what data should flow between them. Request a quote
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us what you have in mind and what you want to achieve.
