Online booking for boat trips and charters
For boat-trip companies, charter operators and marinas, we build a website where people book seats on a trip, request a whole boat with or without a skipper, or ask for a berth. Every request arrives complete, with dates, headcount or the boat's dimensions. You sell more directly, reply faster and stop piecing requests together from scattered e-mails.
Typical problems
- Shared trips and private charters live in separate calendars and end up clashing
- Charter enquiries arrive incomplete, with no dates, headcount or sailing experience
- Berth requests come by e-mail or phone without the boat's measurements
- Wind and swell cancel departures, and telling every customer takes the whole morning
- Foreign visitors look for trips in their own language and end up on the marketplaces
Suggested bundle
- Trip and charter booking
- Berth requests
- Pages in several languages
Three requests on a summer's day
In the morning, a group of friends book four seats on the sunset cruise. They pick a date, see how many seats are left, pay and receive the boarding point and a note on what to bring.
At lunchtime a charter request comes in for a weekend in August: eight guests, with a skipper, lunch on board and a stop at a beach. The team checks the boat is free and replies with a payment link for the deposit. The customer pays by MB WAY, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the boat is blocked for those dates.
Late in the afternoon, the owner of a sailing yacht cruising the coast asks the marina for a berth for three nights. They enter the boat's measurements and attach the paperwork. The marina sees the full request and answers in minutes, without five rounds of e-mail.
The fleet, the departures and the marina in one dashboard
- A calendar for each boat, with shared trips, private charters and maintenance days
- Each vessel's maximum capacity respected across every booking
- A passenger list for each departure on the skipper's phone
- Berth requests with statuses such as new, under review, accepted or declined
- Review requests sent automatically after each trip
Clear information for visitors from abroad
Most people looking for a boat trip are on holiday and searching in their own language. Every trip gets a page with the route, how long it takes, what is included and what happens if the sea is too rough to go out. You can also add an AI chat assistant that answers questions about times and boarding, always says it is an AI and passes anything it cannot answer to your team.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sell seats on shared trips and charter the whole boat from one calendar?
Yes. The same boat can have departures with seats on sale and blocks reserved for private charter. When someone books the whole boat, the shared departures in that slot are no longer offered.
How does a charter request work?
The customer picks the boat, the dates, the number of people and whether they want a skipper, and can add extras such as meals on board. For bareboat hire, the form asks for the skipper's licence and sailing experience. Your team reviews the request and sends a confirmation with a payment link for the deposit.
Can a marina take berth requests through the website?
It can. The form asks for the boat's length, beam and draught, the dates and the documents you need. The marina team gets everything in one place, replies with availability and keeps a history of each request.
What happens to a charter deposit if the skipper decides not to sail?
Safety on board is the skipper's call, and the website says so before anyone books. Your terms decide whether the deposit moves to another date or is returned, and the dashboard applies that rule to the charter with no separate sums to work out.
How do you work out the quote?
We look by hand at the number of boats, the kinds of departure, the languages and, for marinas, the volume of berth requests. Tell us how you work and we will send a tailored proposal. Request a quote
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us what you have in mind and what you want to achieve.
