Websites and software for estate agents
For real estate agencies, we build websites with map-based property search, a viewing form on every listing and a search box that understands phrases like "two-bed with a balcony near the metro". Every enquiry reaches the agency's CRM with the property and its source attached. Agents call people who already know what they want, instead of chasing loose messages.
Typical problems
- Listings are entered several times over, in the agency software, on the website and on each portal
- Enquiries arrive by e-mail without the property reference, and someone has to hand them out manually
- Price and bedroom filters miss what buyers are really looking for
- Listings stay online long after the property is under offer or sold
Suggested bundle
- Property search with a map
- Viewing requests on every listing
- Smart search
- CRM connection
From search to booked viewing
A couple relocating from Porto to Lisbon opens the agency's website one evening. They type "three-bed near a school, with parking" and browse the results on a map, parish by parish. They save two homes to their favourites and, on the one they like best, ask for a viewing on Saturday morning.
The request lands in the CRM with the property reference, the agent in charge and the page it came from. The agent confirms by message, and the couple get a reminder with the address the day before. If the home goes under offer in the meantime, it drops out of the search and the couple hear about similar options in the same area.
What every listing shows
- Large photos, a floor plan and a virtual tour where one exists
- Bedrooms, floor area, year built and energy rating
- A map pin, exact or approximate
- A viewing form and a WhatsApp button with the reference already filled in
- Similar homes nearby
- The agency's AMI licence number, always visible in the footer
Listings that Google and AI tools can read
Portals draw most of the traffic, but people who already know the agency search for its name or its area. Every property on the website has its own address, a descriptive title and structured data for type, floor area and location, built with SEO in mind. That way a listing can show up on Google and be quoted by AI tools. A page for each agent, on an institutional website, puts a face to whoever answers. Listings flow in from the agency's central software through integrations.
A place for sellers, too
Owners thinking of selling can ask for a valuation on the website, giving the address, property type and a few photos. The request goes to the local agent, who arrives at the first conversation already knowing the home.
Frequently asked questions
Can listings come from the software we already use?
In most cases, yes. We connect the website to your CRM or property management software, so each property is entered once. When its status changes to under offer or sold, the listing updates by itself.
Does the map show the exact address?
Only if you want it to. Many agencies prefer to show an approximate area until the viewing, to protect the owner. You can choose this per property.
How does smart search work?
Visitors describe what they want in their own words, such as "detached house with a garden within half an hour of Lisbon". The search turns the phrase into filters and shows the matching properties, even when the listing uses different wording. The usual filters stay available for anyone who prefers them.
Can website listings feed the property portals?
Where a portal accepts automatic imports, we generate the export file from the same data as the website. Price, photos and status then match everywhere.
What does a property website with a map and CRM link cost?
Every project is quoted individually. It depends on how many listings you carry, the software you already use and the integrations you need. Request a quote
