A trainee's path from enrolment to certificate
An office administrator finds an evening bookkeeping course on Google. She reads the syllabus, enrols and pays the first instalment by MB WAY on the same screen. She gets access to the student area straight away, with the session calendar and the first module's materials.
Halfway through, on the night before a test, she asks the study assistant how depreciation is calculated. The answer comes from the trainer's own notes, with the page reference. After the final assessment, her certificate arrives by e-mail with a code her employer can verify.

Frequently asked questions
We already use Moodle or Google Classroom. Do we have to switch?
Not necessarily. We can connect your website, enrolment and payments to the platform you already use, or build one around you when off-the-shelf tools do not fit the way the school works. We decide together once we have seen your current processes.
Can the study assistant give wrong answers?
We set it up to answer only from the materials the trainer has uploaded, show where each answer came from and say when it does not know. It always introduces itself as an AI assistant, and trainers can review conversations to see where students struggle most.
Are certificates issued automatically?
Yes, once the student completes the course with the required attendance and assessment. The certificate is a PDF with the student's details and course hours, and can carry a verification code employers check online. The layout and fields follow what your organisation and certification scheme require.
Can students pay fees in instalments?
Yes. Each enrolment can be paid in full or in monthly instalments, by card, MB WAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit. The office sees at a glance who has payments outstanding.
Does it work for corporate training?
Yes. A centre that trains other companies' staff can set up closed groups, with a contact on the client's side who enrols employees and downloads certificates and attendance reports.
What does a platform for a school cost?
