Software for physiotherapy and osteopathy
For physiotherapy clinics and osteopaths, we build online session booking, exercise plans that patients follow in an app, and session packs paid online. Patients know what to do between sessions and how many they have left. The clinic stops tracking packs on paper and sending exercise videos one by one over WhatsApp.
Typical problems
- Exercise plans handed out on photocopied sheets that patients lose within a week
- Session packs tracked in a notebook or a spreadsheet, with doubts over how many are left
- Courses of treatment lasting weeks, booked one session at a time to keep the same slot and therapist
- Patients who drop out mid-treatment without anyone noticing
- Exercise videos sent individually by message, patient after patient

Between sessions, patients know what to do
A runner comes to a first session with a knee injury. At the end, the physio picks four exercises from the clinic's library, adjusts the reps and sends the plan. At home, the runner opens the app, watches each exercise, ticks off what they have done and adds a note when something hurts.
By the next session, the physio can already see whether the plan was followed and adjust it. If a patient stops logging exercises for several days, the clinic gets an alert and can call before the treatment is abandoned.
A diary built for courses of treatment
Physiotherapy is rarely a single visit, so booking works in series:
- Recurring sessions with the same therapist at the same time
- Its own length for each session type: assessment, treatment, clinical Pilates, osteopathy
- Rooms and shared equipment managed in the same diary
- Patients reschedule themselves, up to a cut-off the clinic sets
- A reminder before every session
Packs and payments without the notebook
A patient buys a ten-session pack online or at the desk, paying by MB WAY, Multibanco, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The remaining balance shows in their personal area. Sessions covered by an insurer or an agreement can be flagged separately, so month-end invoicing stays simple.
Osteopaths and solo practitioners
An osteopath working alone has no rooms to juggle. An institutional website with online booking and reminders takes care of most of the admin. The exercise library can follow later as an installable web app that patients keep on their phone.

Frequently asked questions
Does the patient have to install an app?
Not from an app store. It is a web app that opens from a link and can be added to the home screen with one tap, on iPhone and Android. If you would rather have an app in the stores, we can build that too.
Can I use my own exercise videos?
Yes. You record each exercise once and reuse it across plans, adjusting sets, reps and notes for each patient. Patients see a demonstration filmed at your clinic rather than a generic video from the internet.
How do session packs work?
Patients buy a pack on the website or at reception and pay by card, MB WAY or Multibanco. Each completed session is deducted automatically, and both the patient and your team can see how many remain and when they expire.
Can I book a series of sessions in one go?
Yes. A therapist can reserve a run of sessions, say twice a week for a month, at the same time and in the same room. If one of the dates is taken, the system suggests the nearest alternative.
How much would this cost?
We have no fixed prices. Each project is quoted by hand from the number of therapists, the features and how much exercise content you already have. Describe your clinic and we will send a proposal. Request a quote
