Each record holds weight, vaccinations, parasite treatments, past visits and documents such as the vaccination booklet or lab results. Before a holiday abroad, they download proof of vaccination without calling the clinic.

Frequently asked questions
Can the portal connect to our veterinary practice software?
If your software has an API or a data export, the portal shows the vaccinations, visits and documents already stored there, with no double entry. Where no connection is possible, the portal itself can hold the pet's record. We check this at the very start.
Are vaccination reminders automatic?
Yes. Each vaccination or parasite treatment recorded sets the next due date, and the owner gets a message by SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp a few days before, with a link to book. You choose the wording and how far ahead it goes out.
Can grooming be booked in the same system?
Yes, with its own diary and session lengths by size and coat type. Owners book both services from one account, and your team can check that vaccinations are up to date before the animal arrives.
What about emergencies?
Emergencies never go through online booking. The website shows the emergency number and opening hours clearly, and the booking form reminds owners to phone in an urgent case.
