Websites and software for restaurants and cafés

For a restaurant or café, we bring the website, digital menu, table bookings and takeaway orders together in one system. Guests find the menu, book a table and place orders on their own, at any hour. Your staff take fewer calls during the rush and receive orders already organised.

Typical problems

  • The phone rings mid-service with bookings someone has to scribble down
  • Booked tables sit empty because guests neither turn up nor cancel
  • The printed menu is out of date every time a dish or price changes
  • Delivery platforms take a commission on every order, even from regulars
  • Instagram and WhatsApp messages go unanswered after closing time

Suggested bundle

A day of service, seen by the guest

Late morning, someone searches for "lunch near me" and finds your restaurant on Google. They open the website, browse the menu with photos and allergens, and book a table for two at one o'clock without calling. A confirmation arrives by e-mail and, an hour before, a reminder with the address.

At the next table, a group of visitors scans the QR code and reads the menu in English. In the early evening, a regular orders two dishes to take away, pays with Apple Pay and picks a collection time. The order lands on the kitchen screen with its notes, and the customer gets a message when it is ready.

Seen by your team

  • A dashboard with today's bookings, the table layout and notes on each guest
  • Dishes marked as sold out mid-service, updated on the menu straight away
  • Opening hours, bank holidays and closing days managed in one place
  • Takeaway orders and bookings side by side, so the kitchen can plan
  • A Google review request sent after the visit

Cafés fit too

A café with a terrace rarely needs bookings, but it gains from a digital menu showing the breakfasts and cakes of the day, and from pre-orders for people on their way to work. We start with what makes a difference in your place and add the rest later.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to install an app to see the menu or book?

No. The menu and bookings open in the phone's browser, from the QR code on the table, from Google or from Instagram. The fewer the steps, the more guests finish their booking.

How do I cut down on no-shows?

The system sends a confirmation and a reminder before the booking, with a one-tap link to cancel. For large groups or busy dates you can take a deposit by card, MB WAY, Apple Pay or Google Pay when the table is booked.

Can I stay on the delivery platforms?

Yes. One approach is to keep the platforms for reaching new customers and invite regulars to order through their own channel, where there is no per-order commission. Orders from both can show on the same kitchen screen.

Does the WhatsApp assistant reply on the restaurant's behalf?

It answers the common questions, such as opening hours, parking, today's set menu or gluten-free options, from the information you give us. It always tells guests it is an AI assistant and hands the chat to your team when a question goes beyond what it knows.

What does a system like this cost for a restaurant?

We have no price list. Each project is quoted by hand once we understand your tables, how takeaway works and what you already use. Tell us about your place and we will send a proposal. Request a quote
