Digital menus and online ordering
A digital menu with online ordering shows your menu through a QR code and lets customers order takeaway or delivery directly from you. It is for restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and bakeries. You get a menu that is easy to update, orders organised on a kitchen screen and sales without delivery platform commission.
A menu that is always current
A printed menu goes out of date quickly: a dish sells out, a price changes, the seasonal menu arrives. With a digital menu you change it in the dashboard and every table sees the update at once. You can mark dishes as unavailable mid-service and highlight the specials of the day.
Orders that arrive in order
Phone orders mean someone has to answer, write down and confirm, often in the middle of the rush. With online ordering, the customer chooses, pays and picks a collection time. The order appears on the kitchen screen with its options and notes clearly visible, and moves from "new" to "preparing" and "ready" with a tap.
Common features
- A QR code per table, so each order is linked to the right table
- Delivery zones and fees that you set
- Advance orders for special dates, such as birthday cakes
- Coupons and offers for regular customers
- A Google review request after collection
Bookings and orders together
Many restaurants pair the digital menu with a table booking system on the same dashboard. If you also sell packaged goods such as wine, preserves or hampers, an online store can share the same payments.

Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to install an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone's browser from the QR code or a link. There is no mandatory sign-up, so ordering takes just a few taps.
How are allergens shown?
Each dish has its allergens marked with icons and text, and customers can filter the menu. You keep the information up to date in the dashboard whenever a recipe changes.
Can I stop paying commission to delivery platforms?
Orders placed through your own menu come straight to you, with no commission per order; payment providers charge only their own fees. Many restaurants keep the platforms to reach new customers and use their own channel for regulars.
Does it work with my current invoicing?
In most cases, yes. We can connect orders to AT-certified invoicing software so every paid order produces its invoice automatically. We check compatibility with your system before we start.
Can the menu be in English and other languages?
It can. Customers choose their language and see dishes, descriptions and allergens translated. It is especially useful in busy tourist areas.
How much does it cost?
