Online booking for surf and diving schools
For surf, diving, kitesurf, sailing or paddle schools, we build a website where students book a lesson or rent equipment, pay and sign their waiver before they arrive. Sea conditions appear on the page, and your team sees on a phone who is coming to each slot. Less paperwork on the sand and fewer messages asking whether the lesson is still on.
Typical problems
- Lessons depend on the sea, and every change of time means telling students one by one
- Waivers are filled in on paper at the beach, with the student already in a wetsuit
- Board, wetsuit and gear rentals are tracked in a notebook or from memory
- Many students are visitors passing through who book on their phones the night before
- Lesson packs and multi-session certification courses are hard to follow without proper records
Suggested bundle
- Lesson and equipment-rental booking
- Sea conditions on the website
- Online waivers
From booking to the first wave
A student finds your website after searching for "beginner surf lessons". They see the levels, how long a lesson lasts and what is included, and just above the calendar a summary of tomorrow's sea. They pick the 10 o'clock group lesson, enter height and weight for the wetsuit and board, pay and sign the waiver on their phone.
On the morning of the lesson, if the swell changes, the school moves the session to the afternoon and the student hears about it before leaving their accommodation. When they arrive, the instructor already has their name on the list, the right wetsuit set aside and the signed waiver on file.
Built for each kind of school
- Surf and bodyboard: slots by level, groups with a maximum number of students per instructor, and lesson packs.
- Diving: try dives, guided dives and multi-session courses, with the certification and a fitness declaration taken at booking, collected with explicit consent and kept only as long as needed.
- Kitesurf, windsurf and sailing: wind-dependent lessons, confirmed on the day and rescheduled automatically.
- Paddle and kayak: hourly rentals, guided trips and a live view of the gear available.
Gear that does not go missing
Every board, wetsuit, buoyancy aid or set of dive equipment is recorded with its size and condition. A rental holds that item for that hour, and at the end of the day the team sees what went out and what came back. If the school already uses management software, we connect it through integrations and APIs.
Your team can run all of this from an installable web app on their phones, designed for wet screens and sandy fingers. See how our booking systems work, or read the page for tour operators and experiences.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the sea conditions on the website come from?
We connect the site to a marine forecast service with swell, wind and tide data for your spot.
How does the online waiver work?
Students read the text, accept it and sign on screen, and a record is kept with the date and time. For under-18s, a parent or guardian signs. Its legal weight depends on the wording and the signing method, which you should agree with your lawyer or insurer; we do not give legal advice, and we build what you decide.
Can I sell lesson packs and multi-session courses?
Yes. Students buy a pack and book their lessons when it suits them, seeing how many they have left. For certification courses, the dashboard records which sessions each student has done and what is still to complete.
Who decides each morning whether lessons go ahead?
Your team always makes the call, after looking at the sea before the school opens. In the dashboard the instructor marks the slot as on, moved to the afternoon or off, and the page and the students booked hear about it straight away.
How is the project quoted?
Every school works differently, so we quote by hand from your activities, the equipment you rent out and the languages you need. Tell us how your school runs and we will reply with a proposal. Request a quote
Shall we talk about your project?
