Artificial intelligence

AI consulting, training and AI Act review

AI consulting and training helps your company decide where artificial intelligence pays off, train your teams to use it well and review what the EU AI Act requires. It is for companies of any size that already use AI tools, or are thinking of starting, and want to do it with judgement. You come away with a priority plan, trained teams and a clear list of what to adjust.

First, find out where it pays off

Many companies start with the tool and look for a problem afterwards. We work the other way round: we look at your processes, your data and how long each task takes, and only then see where AI helps. Sometimes the answer is an assistant, sometimes a simple automation, and sometimes not AI at all. The assessment tells you that plainly.

Training people use the next day

AI literacy has been an AI Act duty since February 2025, but the point isn't to tick a box. Each session shows the people in the room how to use these tools in their own work, which data never to share, how to check an answer and when to be sceptical of it.

Transparency towards customers

If your company runs a chatbot, a phone assistant or AI-generated content, we review what the customer sees: whether the notice that it's an AI appears at the right moment, whether there's a hand-over to a person where it makes sense, and whether conversations are logged in line with the GDPR. We list what to change, most important first.

After the plan

If the assessment points to a project, we can build it: an AI chat assistant, AI agents and process automation or private AI for sensitive data. For training in other areas, see training and workshops. The stages of the work are set out in how we work.

What you get

  • A readiness assessment covering processes, data, tools in use and risks
  • Use cases ranked by value and effort, including the ones that don't pay off
  • AI-literacy training tailored to each role, in person or online, with the programme and attendance records
  • An inventory of the AI systems used across the company, including those teams adopted on their own
  • A transparency review of chatbots, generated content and notices to users
  • An internal AI use policy, with rules on data and on checking outputs

Best for

  • Companies whose staff already use ChatGPT or similar tools without agreed rules
  • Leadership teams who want to invest in AI but don't know where to start
  • Businesses with customer-facing chatbots or AI-generated content
  • Organisations that need to show the training the AI Act requires

Frequently asked questions

Is AI training mandatory?

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required companies that use AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the people using them. There's no single prescribed format; what matters is that training fits each role and its risks. We hand over the programme and attendance records so you can show what was done.

What transparency rules apply to chatbots?

Since 2 August 2026, anyone interacting with a chatbot must be told they're dealing with an AI, and certain AI-generated or manipulated content must be marked or disclosed, depending on your role. We review the systems your company uses with customers and tell you what to change.

Do you give legal advice?

No. We do the technical analysis, meaning which systems exist, how they work, what data they use and what notices they show. Where there's a legal question, such as whether a use counts as high-risk, we recommend checking it with a lawyer, and we're happy to work alongside them.

Our team already uses ChatGPT on their own. Is that a problem?

It's common, and it needn't be a problem. The risk lies in pasting customer data or confidential documents into outside tools with no rules. We find out what's being used and help you set a simple policy covering which tools, for what, and with which data.

Is the training only for technical staff?

No. We tailor the programme to each role, from leadership to sales, admin and technical teams. We use examples from each group's real work rather than generic demos.

How much does it cost?

Every project is quoted by hand from your requirements, so pricing is on request. Tell us how many people you'd like to train and which AI tools they already use. Request a quote
