Training and workshops for teams
Training and workshops teach your team to make good use of the tools and platforms the business relies on, with exercises drawn from real work. They are for teams about to adopt a new system or underusing the ones they already have. People leave knowing how to do the job, with reference material to come back to.
Tools nobody uses properly
Many businesses pay for software their team only half uses: shortcuts nobody knows, reports rebuilt by hand, paid features never switched on. Sometimes the problem isn't the tool at all; nobody ever explained how it fits into each person's work. Well-prepared training recovers that investment and cuts the mistakes that creep in when everyone improvises in their own way.
Learning from your own work
We don't deliver generic training from a slide deck. Before the sessions, we ask what tasks the team does, where mistakes happen and where time is lost, and build the exercises from that. People practise in a test environment on cases close to the real thing, so the next day they can apply what they learned.
Common sessions
- Getting started on a new platform, by user role
- Managing content on the website or online store
- Security basics: passwords, two-factor authentication and phishing e-mails
- Everyday data protection: what can be sent, stored and shared
- Responsible use of AI tools at work
- Automating repetitive tasks with the tools you already have
Part of a bigger change
Training works best when it goes hand in hand with a change in how work is done. If your business is moving off paper and spreadsheets, digital transformation sets out what changes and training makes sure the team keeps up. To review security practices before training the team, see the security and GDPR review.

Frequently asked questions
Which topics can you cover?
The most requested are getting started on a new platform, running the website or online store, working with spreadsheets and collaboration tools, everyday security and the responsible use of AI tools. The programme is always shaped around what your team does.
Is the training in person or remote?
Either. In person works best when the team shares a workplace and needs to practise together; remote is simpler for teams spread across locations. We agree the format in the proposal.
Can you train us on software you didn't build?
Yes, as long as it is a tool we know well or can study beforehand. If it is a highly specialised program for your industry, we say so straight away and suggest speaking to its vendor.
Do you also teach people to use AI tools?
Yes, from a practical angle. We cover what to ask, what to check and which data should never be pasted into an external tool. For deeper training and AI Act compliance, see our artificial intelligence services.
What if the team's skill levels vary a lot?
We split sessions by level or by role. People who manage a system need to know different things from people who only look things up in it, and nobody learns well in a session that is too slow or too fast.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted by hand from your requirements, so pricing is on request. Tell us how many people you want to train, on which tools, and whether you prefer in-person or remote sessions. Request a quote
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us what you have in mind and what you want to achieve.
