AI data analyst for managers

An AI data analyst lets you ask your sales, invoicing and operations data questions in everyday language, such as "which products sold least this quarter at the Porto shop?", and get the answer as figures and charts. It is for managers and business owners whose data sits in an ERP, invoicing software or spreadsheets, but who have no data team. Decisions rest on current numbers, and the usual reports arrive in your inbox on their own.

The data is there, the answers aren't

Almost every business holds enough data to answer the questions that matter: what sells best, which customers have stopped buying, where margin is slipping away. The problem is getting to it. The data sits in the ERP, the invoicing software and three spreadsheets, and every report needs someone who can export, cross-reference and build charts. With an AI data analyst, a manager types the question and gets the answer, without waiting for month-end.

Figures you can check

The figures don't come from the AI's memory. It understands the question, turns it into a query on your data, and the database does the calculation. Every answer shows the query used, the period and the sources, in language you can follow. The tool identifies itself as an AI, as the AI Act requires, and a person always makes the decision.

Reports and alerts nobody has to build

Questions that come up every week become automatic reports: sales by shop, margin by product family, late orders. They land in your inbox on the day and at the time you choose.

When your data isn't connected yet

If your data lives in systems that don't talk to each other, the first step is linking them through integrations and APIs. If processes still run on spreadsheets, a custom management platform organises data as it comes in. And if you'd rather decide where to invest first, IT and digital strategy helps set priorities. The stages of the work are set out in how we work.

Frequently asked questions

Can the AI make up numbers?

The figures aren't written by the AI. It turns your question into a query on your data, and the database does the maths. Every answer shows how it was calculated so you can check it. If a question is ambiguous, the tool asks for clarification rather than guessing.

Which systems can you connect?

ERPs and invoicing software such as PHC, Primavera or Sage, CRMs, online stores and spreadsheets, among others. We check what each system can export or be queried for before we start.

Do users know the answers come from an AI?

Yes. Since 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act requires people to be told when they are interacting with an AI system. The tool identifies itself as one, and every answer shows the query and data behind it so a person can verify it.

What if our data is messy?

That's the norm, which is why we start by checking data quality. We fix duplicate names, inconsistent categories and empty fields where we can, and tell you what's left out. An answer is only as good as the data behind it.

How much does it cost?

Every project is quoted by hand from your requirements, so pricing is on request. The AI usage cost depends on the number of questions and reports, and we explain it in the proposal. Request a quote
